Yunome – Pete to his friends - began his DJ career back in the early nineties, promoting his own brand of genre mashing club nights mixing breakbeat, funk, house and electro. Interest in his DJ sets led him to play across Europe including places such as Iceland, the Czech Republic, Estonia and Romania.

 Not content with playing other artists records, Pete learned the art of audio production; and released his first record in 2004, under the name “Pete Samplers”, which received massive support worldwide. In 2005 Pete teamed up with fellow producer Mando and formed a four piece live band called MASS fusing hip hop, breaks and Punjabi percussion. This lead to extensive touring that saw them perform at festivals such as Glastonbury, Glade and SOMA
